Partnership Broadband acquires the wireless Internet operations of North East Texas Internet and extends coverage area to Bonham, Texas.

Carrollton, Texas: July 12, 2010 – Partnership Broadband Inc., a leading fixed wireless Internet service provider, announced the acquisition of certain fixed wireless Internet and other assets of North East Texas Internet.  The acquisition includes all of North East Texas Internet’s customer base and network infrastructure equipment.  The acquisition extends Partnership Broadband’s coverage area to Bonham, Texas, the county seat of Fannin County.

Victor E. Grijalva, CEO of Partnership Broadband said, “The North East Texas Internet acquisition adds approximately 300 Internet customers. Since Bonham, TX is contiguous to our coverage area, we will be able to inject bandwidth from our existing network infrastructure and reduce historical operating costs. With the strength of our operations, customer support and marketing teams, we believe we can significantly increase North East Texas Internet’s historical growth rate. The acquisition provides a base of operations in Fannin County from which we can further extend our coverage area in to other parts of the county and Southern Oklahoma.”
