April 2010

Carrollton, Texas: April 2, 2010 – Partnership Broadband Inc., a leading fixed wireless Internet service provider, announced the acquisition of certain fixed wireless Internet assets of OKC Broadband. The acquisition includes all of OKC Broadband’s wireless Internet customer base and network infrastructure equipment including strategically located rooftop and tower broadcast locations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Victor E. Grijalva, CEO of Partnership Broadband said, “OKC Broadband has an attractive infrastructure that will allow us to further develop and grow its strong base of satisfied business customers in the 31st most populated city in the country. We will expand the existing bandwidth offerings to include our business professional plan packages ranging from T-1s to over 40 Mbps. The acquisition also creates a base from which we can enter the residential wireless Internet market surrounding Oklahoma City and provides additional consolidation opportunities. We look forward to entering the Oklahoma City market and believe we can achieve similar results to those we have achieved in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.”
