Partnership Broadband acquires Helix Broadband and increases coverage area in fastest growing region of Fannin, Collin, Grayson and Hunt counties. Transaction marks Company’s 4th successful acquisition in last 5 months.
Justin, Texas: January 8, 2009 – Partnership Broadband Inc., a leading provider of fixed wireless broadband services in North Texas, announced the acquisition of Helix Broadband, Inc. of Farmersville, Texas. The acquisition includes all of Helix Broadband’s network infrastructure equipment including 6 strategically located towers which extend Partnership Broadband’s coverage area in the growing counties of Fannin, Collin, Grayson and Hunt.
